• Investment relating to construction of dry bulk carriers and offshore engineering vessels. • Engagement in Sales/Purchase of vessels and/or onboard equipment. • Currently self-owned 4 dry bulk carriers and a newly built one under construction. • Our fleet covers route from Southeast Asia, South America, Middle East, Europe & others, mainly transporting Coal, Mineral resources, Chemical fertilizer, Crude oil, Electrolytic copper, Cement & other general cargoes etc.
• Chartering of dry bulk carriers for goods carriage on long term basis to ensure stability of the fleet's transport capacity. • Engagement in Bareboat Charter, Time & Voyage Charter and Contract of Affreightment • Maritime-related consultancy services, advising on dispute solutions, claim presentation & settlement etc
• Tapping on core businesses to develop overseas investment opportunities, such as ship management, mineral resources or international crude oil transportation etc. • We strive to build a complete industrial chain system integrating transportation and trade. aiming to reduce logistics costs of clients.
• Mainly engaged in overseas investment energy projects like mine and plant, supplemented by other energy parties. • Risk Management via Future Freight Agreement (FFA) instrument to meet the needs of the industry, the equilibrium between vessel supply and demand in freight rates.
